Toner

This toner works to shrink pores, refresh the skin, restore pH and moisturize skin. With daily use, the rosewater helps hydrate and balance the natural oils in the skin.

Ingredients: Rose water, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Olive oil, Almond oil, Salicylic Acid, Optiphen, Soy Lecithin and Tocopherol (Vitamin E).

Directions: After washing the face, moisten a cotton ball with toner and apply to face or lightly mist the face daily.
